Enjoy a couple of peaceful, creative hours discovering the gentle art of slow stitching. Using simple stitches, vibrant sari silks and colourful embroidery threads, you’ll create a little patch of Christmas joy – with a wish sewn into every stitch!
No experience is needed. You’ll practice a selection of simple embroidery stitches before creating a Christmas tree from colourful sari silk, appliquéd onto fabric or card and embellished however you choose.
Full tuition, equipment and materials are provided, plus a take-home craft pack with everything you need to continue slow stitching at home.
And for extra festive cosiness, a hot drink and Christmas biscuits are included too! ☕️🍪

Each workshop will be 2.5 hours long and have space for 8 attendees as well as the instructor and shop owner. An email will be sent out several days before with instructions on where to park and how to find us.
