Shipping

 

Fully Woolly Yarns endeavours to ship your order within 3 days of your order arriving with us.
Typically we ship within 24hours between Tuesday and Saturday.

 

Shipping to United Kingdom (Mainland Only) - by Royal Mail 1st Class & EVRi Couriers
Orders £0 - £50 = £4.00
Orders over £50 = Free Shipping


Shipping to Europe (including the Channel Islands and Ireland) - By Royal Mail
0 - 1kg = £10
1kg - 2kg = £13


Shipping to Rest of World - By Royal Mail
0 - 1kg = £20
1kg - 2kg = £25

 

Shipping Agents - Orders are shipped within the UK with the Royal Mail and EVRi Couriers.

 

Refund Policy

 

If we run out of stock
In the rare occurrence that we run out of a product you have ordered, we will notify you by phone or email and give you the option of waiting for the item to come back in to stock or receive a full refund. Hopefully, you will not have to worry about this!

 

If you change you mind
If you place the order and then change your mind before the order is sent out to you, we will endeavour to give you a full refund minus any fees accrued such as bank or payment processing fees.

 

Defects or mistakes
We inspect every item carefully before shipping, however please contact us within one week if you find a defect or mistake with your order. We will then aim to supply you with a replacement product or full refund as quickly as possible and at no extra cost. If we determine the product was not damaged at the time of delivery, a refund or exchange may not be offered.

 

If you simply do not want it
We understand that items may not appear as you expect which is why we try to include accurate pictures and as detailed descriptions as we can. However, if you are still not sold by the product we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or refund. This would be on the condition the product is returned to us in its original condition (including packaging and yarn label) within 2 weeks of delivery and at your own expense for return postage and any additional shipping costs. In the event of a refund, the full price will be refunded minus any bank or processing fees and shipping charges.

 

Please be aware
We are unable to accept returns for items when the shade or batch number is no longer in stock.

We do not accept returns for knitting needles or patterns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Workshops

Please give us plenty of notice if you need to cancel your place on a workshop. We will endeavour to work with you to transfer your booking to another workshop or place you at the top of the waiting list for future workshops.

If plenty of notice is given and we are able to fill your place, we will refund you for the price of the workshop. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, no refund will be given.

Please be aware, refunds or exchanges are given at our discretion and are on a case by case basis.
