The Festival Dress is worked from the top down. The neck edge is folded and knitted together, and short rows are worked to shape the neckline. After this, increases are worked evenly distributed down the circular yoke. The stripes are worked in a technique which creates small bobbles.
This is not a piece of clothing, you are purchasing a knitting pattern to create your own garment. Patterns are a physical, printed copy and will be posted to you by Royal Mail.

Tension Guide: 28 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 3 mm needles
Recommended Yarn: Baby Haven 4ply
Approx: 705 - 1,410metres of main colour and 118 - 282metres of contrasting colour
Needles: Circular needles: 2.5 mm / 40, 80 and/or 100 cm and 3 mm / 40 and/or 60 cm. Double-pointed needles: 2.5 mm and 3mm (if the Magic Loop technique is not used).
