Yarn Food - Sock Wash

Yarn Food’s Sock Wash is expertly designed for knitters to effectively clean, nourish and preserve hand-knit socks so that they last you longer.
In addition to the gentle no-rinse formula, they’ve added antimicrobial tea tree oil as a natural antidote to bacteria, fungi and odour, while lanolin feeds moisture back into the fibres. This way your socks will stay fresh, fluffy and in shape for longer.
How to Use
Hand wash:
Fill a sink or basin with one gallon, or 4.5 litres, of cold or lukewarm water. Add 3 pumps (5 ml) of Yarnfood Sock Wash and soak your socks for 20 minutes. Gently remove from the water, squeeze without wringing, and roll up in a towel to squeeze the remaining water out. Lay out flat or block to dry.
Mashine wash:
Suitable for regular or HE machines. Add 9 pumps (15ml) into detergent drawer or directly into the machine. Wash on wool or delicate cycle following your yarn’s care instructions.
